The Cedarcrest Building, 616 Bloomfield Ave.,West Caldwell, NJ 07006, is a one-story style cedar shingled office building.

Travelling East on Bloomfield Avenue: Pass the Cedarcrest Building (616 Bloomfield Ave.) and make an immediate right turn at the next street, Lougheed Road, followed by a quick right turn into our parking lot. Entry to the building is from the parking lot. As you face the back of the building, enter the glass door to your left, go down the hallway to Suite 3C- Dr. Tammy M. Kaminski/Cedarcrest Chiropractic.

Travelling West on Bloomfield Avenue: Upon passing the 7-11 (on your left), stay in left lane and make next LEFT onto Lougheed Road. (the side street after 7-11) which is immediately before the Cedarcrest Building (616 Bloomfield Ave.). Make an immediate right into the parking lot. As you face the back of the building, enter the glass door to your left, go down the hallway to Suite 3C- Dr. Tammy M. Kaminski/Cedarcrest Chiropractic.
